Ms. Spektor is a marketing and business development professional dedicated to helping professional services providers grow their practice, elevate firm and professional profile, and develop and solidify referral and client relationships.
Prior to founding Expert Presence, Ms. Spektor served as Director of Business Development with Smart Marketing, Inc, an attorney and financial services marketing firm, and Director of Business Development and Community Relations for Wachbrit & Associates, PC., a Southern California estate planning firm, where she spearheaded marketing, business development and public relations.
Ms. Spektor's clients include some of the best known and well-respected professional services firms thoughout California.

Jude Cavillo - Principal at Sovereign Market, Strategic Comminication for the Public & Private Sectors
Jude Calvillo is Principal Counsel at Sovereign Market, a strategic communications consultancy (marketing, PR, and public affairs). With a decade of experience in marketing, particularly interactive marketing, he’s developed brands, new media products, and cutting-edge interactive campaigns for clients such as MedTronic, SRI International, MetaFlows (NSF/Army Research), Insight Investments, Vinson & Company (jury consultants to O.J. Simpson trial, Menendez Bros. retrial, etc), and numerous political entities (see website for list). He also serves as Sovereign Market’s chief communications strategist and researcher, where his interests center around tackling collective action problems and efficiently communicating complex concepts (e.g. cybersecurity, public policy, etc).
Prior to returning to Sovereign Market, Jude served as Account Executive at JCI Worldwide. There, he worked on publicity and public affairs campaigns for Raytheon, PhRMA, MIT's Sloan School of Business, Cornell’s Johnson School of Management, Strook, Strook & Lavan, VeriTainer Nuclear Detection, and more.
Jude holds a B.A. (Cum Laude + Honors Collegium) in International Relations from UCLA and a Certificate in Entertainment/Media Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is currently earning his Masters in Communication (corporate and political) from The Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC and will begin writing on matters of political communication for Johns Hopkins SAIS’s TransAtlantic Magazine in early-2012.
Alexander B. Kasdan, Eqs., Founding Partner of Convergence Capital Partners, LLC
Since 1988, Mr. Kasdan has executed over 100 domestic and cross-border transactions totaling more than $10 billion in overall volume in a variety of industries. Prior to founding Convergence, Mr. Kasdan was Founder and President of Alexander B. Kasdan Company Limited, an investment bank focused on the middle market, an investment banker at Barrington Associates in Los Angeles, where he headed the restructuring group, Peter J. Solomon Company, Credit Suisse First Boston and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Kasdan practiced law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP (formerly O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell LLP) and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (formerly Battle Fowler LLP), where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions. In addition, Mr. Kasdan served as Corporate Counsel in charge of business development at Schlumberger Ltd., a global oilfield and information services company.
Mr. Kasdan graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Italian and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his junior year. In addition, he holds a J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School and has studied at the University of Florence in Italy. Mr. Kasdan is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
